Explain property sheets in Microsoft Access 2016.

Answers will vary. You can specify a format for a calculated field, just as you can for any field, by modifying its properties. When you work with tables, some of the field properties appear in the Field Properties pane at the bottom of the window in Design view. You can see additional properties by opening the Property Sheet. When you are working with queries, you need to open the Property Sheet to adjust any of the field properties.?The Calculated Field data type, which is available only for tables in Data fields, lets you store the result of an expression as a field in a table. However, database experts caution against storing calculations in a table for the following reasons:(i) Storing calculated data in a table consumes space and increases the size of the database. The preferred approach is to use a calculated field in a query; with this approach, the result of the calculation is not stored in the database-it is produced only when you run the query-and it is always current.(ii) Using the Calculated Field data type provides limited options for creating a calculation. A calculated field in a query provides more functions and options for creating expressions.(iii) Including a field in a table whose value is dependent on other fields in the table violates database design principles. To avoid problems, create a query that includes a calculated field to perform the calculation you want, instead of creating a field in a table that uses the Calculated Field data type. Please see the section "Using a Property Sheet" for more information.
