Briefly describe the workers' compensation system.

What will be an ideal response?

The workers' compensation system is a combination of limited health insurance and limited disability insurance. Employers are required to pay into a fund. When a worker has a job-related injury or illness, the workers' compensation fund pays the costs of diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation. The employee also receives compensation for the lack of earnings while recovering.
