When you select a range of cells containing values in an Excel worksheet, what is displayed in the status bar at the bottom of the worksheet and how can you change what is displayed?
What will be an ideal response?
When a range of cells containing values is selected, by default the status bar displays the sum of the values in the selected cells. The status bar also calculates data using the Average, Count, Count Nums, Max, and Min functions on any selected range. To display the calculated data as the Average, Count, Count Nums, Max, or Min functions, click the pop-up menu arrow next to the value on the status bar, and then click the appropriate function.
