The sound effect setting changes the way a sound plays. The Left channel effect plays the sound only in the left speaker, whereas the Right channel effect plays the sound only in the right speaker. The Fade to right effect starts the sound in the left speaker and gradually moves the sound to the right speaker. The Fade to left effect starts the sound in the right speaker and gradually moves the sound to the left speaker. The Fade in effect gradually increases the sound, whereas the Fade out effect gradually decreases the sound. Finally, the Custom setting allows you to create your own sound effects by adjusting the sound's starting point and controlling its volume.
