B) Wealth stayed within families generationally, and power grew as wealth grew, therefore, dynasties were established.
C) As resources grew scarce, military chieftains rose to power. These chieftains then raised their offspring to rule as warrior kings. Rule continued to be passed along the family line until subsequent generations were overthrown or died out.
D) Over expansion into neighboring territories due to population growth necessitated the fomenting of military kings to help organize men for combat and protection. Once in place, future generations of the family line were trained in the protection/combat method of ruling to keep the family in power.
