What are the components of a synovial joint?

What will be an ideal response?

The outer layers of a synovial joint include a fibrous joint capsule, reinforced by thickenings, often named as separate ligaments. Inside the capsule, the articular surfaces of the bones are covered by articular cartilages, and lined by synovial membrane. Synovial membrane secretes a synovial fluid that lubricates the joint. The joint may also be cushioned and subdivided by bursae, fat pads, and menisci.
