Click the Bulleted List pop-up menu arrow in the Paragraph group on the Home tab of the ribbon, and select Define New Bullet. When the Customize Bulleted List dialog box opens, click Picture. When the Choose A Picture dialog box opens, navigate to Desktop, and click on the graphic image of your coat of arms. Click Insert, and then click OK. (You can also access the Customize Bulleted List dialog box by clicking Format on the menu bar, and then clicking Bullets and Numbering to open the Bullets and Numbering dialog box, and then clicking Customize.)
