Mention some of the major goals every company has.?

What will be an ideal response?

?Every company, whether it's a for-profit or nonprofit organization, usually has a number of major goals, some of which may include:
* Increasing the company's customer base
* Keeping customers happy by providing the company's services as well as possible
* Increasing the company's profit level, or, in a nonprofit organization, acquiring the funds necessary to meet the organization's goals and objectives
* Conducting business more efficiently and effectively
From these major goals, systems planners and management personnel within a company try to generate a set of questions that, when satisfactorily answered, will assist their organization in achieving its goals and move the organization forward. For example, someone in management might
ask: Is there a way to streamline the order system to allow the company to conduct business more efficiently and effectively? Can we automate the customer renewal system, to better serve customers and keep them happy? Is there a more efficient way to offer new products to help the company
increase the customer base? Is there a better way to manage our warehouse system to increase company profits?
