Describe the two states of binary signals.
What will be an ideal response?
Binary signals fall into one of two states, which are 1 and 0. The 1 and 0 can represent ON or OFF, true or false, voltage or no voltage, high or low, or any other two conditions depending on the system. There is no in-between state or condition, and when information is processed, the decision is either yes or no. There is no maybe, almost, or any other alternative.
