What is NDS?
What will be an ideal response?
The Network Directory Service (NDS) is the cornerstone of newer NetWare networks. Network administrators can manage all users and resources from one location. NDS allows users to access global resources regardless of their physical location using a single login. The NDS database organizes information on each object in the network. These objects are users, groups, printers, and disk volumes. Typically these objects are organized into a hierarchical tree that matches the internal structure of an organization.
