Identify two major differences between linear and nonlinear news stories.

What will be an ideal response?

In linear news stories, readers all start at the beginning of a story and read to the end, whereas nonlinear news stories allow readers to navigate the content however they see fit. Nonlinear news stories also allow readers to consume only the parts of a story that interest them, while linear stories present the same information to all readers in the same way.
