National President Often the founder of the club, the national president is located near the national headquarters. Territorial or Regional Representative In some cases, this person is also called the vice president in charge of whatever region or district to which he is assigned. National Enforcer Answering directly to the national president, this person sees to it that
the president's orders are carried out. He could act as the president's bodyguard and handle special situations, such as punishing the club's rule violators or retrieving the colors from a member who has left the club. He has also been known to remove club-related tattoos from ex-members.

Chapter President This person has claimed the presidency through a combination of personality, leadership skills, or personal strength or has been voted to it. He has final authority over all chapter business and its members.
