Please name and describe when you would use each of the five document screen views.

What will be an ideal response?

(Answers will vary)
- Print Layout: I would use this view before printing my document to see how it will look.  This will help me correct any mistakes and to see how it will be positioned on the page.
- Full Screen Reading:  I would use this view if I was primarily interested in looking at the content, with no distractions (since the Ribbon would be hidden).  This seems particularly important if I was writing a book, story, or perhaps a long term paper.
- Web Layout: I would use this view if I intended to publish the page on the Internet.  For example, if I created a Birthday Party invite in Word, and then was going to post it on my Web site or Facebook page.
- Outline: I would use this view if I wanted to see an overview of my paper and wanted to be able to rearrange the sections easily. This would be a good view for a Marketing Plan or Research Paper.
- Draft: I would use this view to get a quick snapshot of what I have written so far without seeing any of the pictures or the exact layout of the text. This would be a good view if I found myself paying attention to the layout/pictures and wanted to see just how much text I had written and how it flowed together.
