They are more likely to wear a seat belt, exercise, get enough sleep, and eat more fruits and vegetables. Conscientious people are less likely to smoke or drink alcohol. They are less likely to get drunk, use drugs, smoke, be obese, or get into car accidents. They are also less likely to engage in risky sex and less likely to contemplate suicide. Conscientious people are less likely to get into fights, commit vandalism, or be sexually aggressive. They are less likely to do dangerous things like risky sports or unwise things like eating an entire box of donuts. Conscientious people are more likely to eat healthy diets, including eating more vegetables, and to have a smaller waist circumference.
