LGBTQ individuals continue to suffer from discrimination in American Society in employment. Provide three pieces of evidence for this statement.

What will be an ideal response?

Vary Congress has been unwilling to pass the Employment Non-Discrimination Act and individual companies have enforced their own policies. One in four LGBT employees experiences employment discrimination in the last five years. Much discrimination is institutional: there are no explicit protections prohibiting the denial of credit (including housing loans) based on sexual orientation or gender identity, no consistent federal protections for students based on sexual orientation or gender identity, and no federal protections that prohibit discrimination against LGBT people in public spaces, such as hotels or restaurants.
