Explain changes in the nutritional needs of men and women over time

What will be an ideal response?

Answer: Men's nutritional needs don't change a lot over a lifetime unless they change their activity levels. Women need more iron and folic acid during their child-bearing years. Prior to menopause, women need more calcium and vitamin D to prevent osteoporosis, as do older men.
