What will be an ideal response?
When we describe our feelings, we are not judging the other person. Displaying feelings can be an overt display of feelings, such as shouting, that conveys an evaluation. When we make the effort to describe our feelings, rather than to enact them, we increase our chances of keeping lines of communication open and improving our relationship.
