How is a speed transition created?
What will be an ideal response?
a speed keyframe is created either in the Time Remapping section of the Effect
Controls panel or in the Timeline. Each keyframe is technically two keyframes—
one before the change and one after. (It appears on the Timeline as a rectangle
with a "split" triangular-shaped tip.) By stretching the two keyframes apart at
this split, a speed transition is created. a Bezier handle is also created to finesse
the rate of change.
