Describe the NRZ technique of representing bit signals.
What will be an ideal response?
With nonreturn-to-zero, the voltage of the signal does not change for the entire length of the bit period. When the next bit to be transmitted has the same binary value as the previous bit, the signal does not change, remaining high for a 1 and low (0 volts or no voltage) for a 0.
