The student should indicate that the most common mental disorders can be classified into three categories. The first category is anxiety disorders. These include general anxiety disorders, panic attacks, phobias and obsessive -compulsive disorder. The second category is mood disorders. These include depression, mania, and schizophrenia. The third category is eating disorders, bulimia, and anorexia. The student should describe each of these.
