The text provides four goals to help you become a more competent, confident, and ethical
communicator as well as a better critical thinker.
For each goal, write a description including the
following items a) definition of the goal, b) how you have improved on the goal throughout the course,
and c) how you will continue to work on the goal. Be sure to include a strategy that you have used and/or
example to support your claim.

organized, knowledgeable), confident (decrease apprehension in public, personal, and professional
contexts), ethical communicator (honest, clear, accurate, open-minded, willing to listen to others),
critical thinker (ability to make reasonable decisions about what to believe or do based on careful
evaluation). Answer should also discuss how each goal was improved with an example to support the
answer, as well as a description of how student plans to work on the goals for the future with a strategy of
how to do so
