How does servant leadership differ from a basic ethical leadership? What does it add?

What will be an ideal response?

Servant leadership is a form of ethical leadership. But instead of simply focusing
on behaving in alignment with normatively appropriate conduct or embodying a
company’s code of ethics, as is the basis of ethical leadership, a servant leader puts
special emphasis on serving others as a means of achieving organizational goals.
Servant leaders do not see themselves purely as managers or the bosses of an
organization but as servants of all employees and stakeholders, including their own
subordinates. They are there to help their employees produce their best and get what
they need as well as serve their superiors in executing the strategic mission of the
company.
