The elements of the Travel Act are (1) travel or use of the mails or some other facility in interstate or foreign commerce, (2) with the intent to commit a criminal offense listed in the Travel Act or crime of violence or to distribute the proceeds of an illegal activity, and (3) the commission of a crime or attempt to commit a crime.
