A White woman, Black man, and Hispanic man all are found guilty of murder under the same circumstances. Will they all serve the same sentence?

What will be an ideal response?

In the United States, current criminal justice system a White woman would receive a smaller sentence than a Black or Hispanic man. A Hispanic man would serve less time that a Black man. Research shows that a Black on Black murder will receive the harshest punishment available under the law, where a non-Black on non-Black murder would have a less harsh punishment.
