Where jurisdictions allow affected (or tainted) lawyers to be screened and thereby avoiding imputed disqualification for the firm, what kinds of evidence show that the screen is effective?

What will be an ideal response?

A memo to the other members of the firm, informing them of the screen, as well as requiring the pertinent employees to refrain from discussing the case with, or providing access of the key files to, the screened lawyer. Physically preventing the screened lawyer from having access to the matter for which the lawyer is being screened is also a good idea. The screened lawyer should also make an affidavit affirming that he or she has shared no confidential information and has adhered to the screening procedures in place. And, the screened lawyer should not share in fees from the screened case.
