conducting an information gathering interview. Give an example of each of these types of questions.

What are the advantages of each type of question?
What will be an ideal response?

Open-ended, closed-ended, and follow-up. Open-ended questions provide more information
about the subject's thinking and opinions. Closed-ended questions focus on a specific set of responses,
take less time, allow for more people to be interviewed, and allow for direct comparison of respondents'
answers. Follow-up questions allow for clarification and development of previous responses.
