Psychographics refers to the psychological characteristics of the audience, including
behaviors, attitudes, beliefs, and values. Understanding these elements gives a speaker insight
into the feelings, thoughts, and behaviors of audience members. Values express judgment
about what is right and wrong, beliefs are things we accept as true
