Describe the process for revoking parole

• There are seven steps in the process of revoking parole: (1) determining that there is a violation, (2) a possible stipulated agreement, (3) notice of violation, (4) possible warrant for arrest and custody, (5) preliminary revocation hearing, (6) full revocation hearing, and (7) either reprimand/modification of conditions with return to supervision or violation and return to prison.
