What is the difference between bid shopping and bid peddling?
What will be an ideal response?
Bid shopping is when the prime contractor uses the lowest sub-bid to “shop

converse, with other subcontractors attempting to undercut the sub-bid to
the prime, in essence engaging in a second round of bidding.
