In terms of the OSI model, explain why a user who knows nothing about any of the parts of a network is still able to use a network. Give at least one example of how such a user may use a network.

What will be an ideal response?

The last and most visible part of any network is the software applications that use it. If a user wants to copy a file residing on another system in the network, the user needs an application like Network in Windows 10 that enables the user to access files on remote systems. If the user wants to view Web pages, he or she will need a Web browser like Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. The people who use a network, experience it through an application. A user who knows nothing about all the other parts of a network may still know how to open an e-mail application to retrieve mail.
