(2) Collaborate with colleagues on a regular basis to not only receive suggestions from other professionals but to also assist others in their professional development. (3) Create a classroom community and a community of learners by promoting positive interactions with all students and by having students help each other. Let each student know they are important through the rules in the classroom and the jobs that they have to feel that they are an important part of the group.
