b. Briefings and white papers: present gathered facts in a straightforward and impartial way. These documents include: a summary of the facts, a discussion of the importance of these facts, and a forecast about the future importance of the facts.
c. Laboratory report: summarizes activities in the laboratory. Like briefings, sometimes they are submitted regularly and sometimes occasionally.
d. Incident report: describes an event, usually an accident or irregular occurrence, and says what has been done to correct the problem.
