Give examples of various types of poured seamless floor coverings.

What will be an ideal response?

Various types of poured seamless floor coverings are available. Some are formed from plastic, such as acrylics, latex and epoxy resins, polyester, and urethanes. Poured epoxy flooring can be from 1/8 in. to ¼ in. (3.17 to 6.35 mm) in thickness, and provides excellent adhesion to the substrate, low odor and VOC levels, and low flammability. Polyester and vinyl-ester resins can be installed over a sloping slab to support the flow of liquids to drains. Sloping is recommended in all wet areas since flooring that is immersed under ponding water tends to deteriorate faster.
