Compare and contrast the advantages and disadvantages of electronic and paper planners or organizers

What will be an ideal response?


Both electronic and paper organizers can help you get organized but each has advantages and disadvantages. Since most of us carry our cell phones or electronic organizers around with us, they are usually accessible to enter assignment dates and to easily check for upcoming due dates. Many also come with built in reminder tools such as ring to remind you about something you must do. Paper planners often do a nice job at displaying weeks or months at a glance because they are often bigger than the electronic screen. They may not always be accessible unless you carry a pocket one with you. They don't have any built in reminders though so you'll need to intentionally look at it to see when due dates are approaching.
