Describe how your personal image affects patient care
What will be an ideal response?
Answer: One of the first things people notice about you is the image you portray. Patients need to have confidence in their caregivers. Family members and friends who visit patients need reassurance that their loved ones are being cared for by professionals. An unprofessional appearance, improper grammar, annoying personal habits, and poor posture reflect badly on the company and might lead patients and their visitors to wonder whether a person's unprofessional appearance might also indicate a lack of competence in his or her work.
