What will be an ideal response?
. I think Bernstein would have had an easier time in carrying out her work if she had been born in 1984. This would have meant that she would have completed her college education after 2000 when there was less discrimination against females in academic circles. This would probably have allowed her to make even greater contributions to the field of mathematics.
