Explain what a learning style is and describe five learning styles. What do you think your primary style is? Explain

What will be an ideal response?

ANS: A person's learning style is the dominant way in which the person processes the information around him or her. Some learn by reading or by writing (the first two styles), which are emphasized in traditional schooling. Another style is auditory; people who exhibit this learning style learn best through listening and verbal interactions. Visual learners need to “see” what they are learning; they learn well with visual displays and body language. Kinesthetic learners prefer a hands-on approach and active exploration. Responses to the last portion will vary.
