mean" and "Look at it this way." Visual learners often communicate with their hands and arms,

of the visual communicator.
Auditory learner: Auditory learners primarily rely on their sense of hearing and will speak
moderately and rhythmically. The interviewer should use similar language to reach this person:
"I hear what you are saying." The person's hands and arms will move below the shoulder while
pointing to the ear.
Kinesthetic learner: Kinesthetic learners prefer feeling terms such as "I know how you feel,"
"That must have been painful," and "Tell me more." Their gaze is frequently down, and their
breathing is slow and dee
