What will be an ideal response?

• Receiving or concealing: the thief gives a stolen television set to Johnson. He has received. Johnson takes the TV to Bob's television repair and puts it in the front window of the store. Bob could either be charged with receiving or concealing the stolen TV. Both Johnson and Bob knew the TV was stolen.
• Stolen property: the property must actually be stolen and the parties charged must know it is stolen.
• Knowledge of the stolen nature of the property: the receiver or concealer must either actually know or, under modern interpretations, must reasonable believe the property is stolen.
• Intent: is the same as common law larceny – the intent to permanently deprive the rightful possessor of her/his property.
