Why are weak chemical interactions so important in biological systems?

What will be an ideal response?

Because these interactions are weak, they are more easily reversed. This allows proteins to change shape or alter interactions with other molecules when necessary. It also allows DNA strands to separate for replication and transcription and yet reform easily when finished.
