What is branding? Packaging? Labeling? How are they related?

What will be an ideal response?

The important concept here is that all three of these terms involve product differentiation. A brand is some symbol, sign, name, or design that is used to identify a product and distinguish it from its competition in the hope of building brand loyalty. Packaging is more than simply protecting a product. Marketers use the package to identify their product and distinguish it from the competition. Product safety is often an issue addressed through effective packaging. Packaging is often used to attract customer attention to the product. Labeling also serves the function of identifying the product, but it also provides the customer information concerning the product. Some of this information is required by law.
