What will be an ideal response?

Linoleic acid (walnuts, flaxseeds, canola oil) and alpha-linolenic acid (soybean oil), are needed as precursors to form eicosanoids–hormone-like substances such as prostaglandins, thromboxanes, and leukotrienes. These compounds regulate the immune system, blood clotting, inflammation, and blood pressure.
