Decision of the arbitrator committed to writing but generally not with a written opinion. An
award may be binding or nonbinding, and in the former case is subject to only limited judicial
review based on use of proper and fair procedure in selecting the arbitrator, conducting the
hearing, admitting evidence and rendering a decision under the rules adopted by the parties.
