You can gather information for a report or proposal from primary and secondary sources.  Please briefly describe each of these two types of sources. Also, please describe both the visible Web and invisible Web.

What will be an ideal response?

Primary sources are forms of firsthand experience, such as interviews and observations.

Secondary sources are written documents describing a topic or experience, such as articles, books, and Web pages.

Popular search engines actually search databases of Web sites, which index what is called the visible Web, not the entire Web.

To search other databases, you can use the invisible Web, Web sites that popular search engines cannot access, such as university libraries and online almanacs.
