What will be an ideal response?
Sometimes, the victim may seem to speak from the grave. He or she may have made a statement to witnesses or police officers before dying. If the statement was made by an individual who believed death was imminent that explains what happened, such a statement may be classified as a dying declaration. Such statements may be admissible.
