Describe at least three effective note-taking habits and explain why they are effective.

What will be an ideal response?

There are many effective note-taking habits. One is to pre-view the reading before the class. Once you have an idea of what will be covered in class, it will be easier to take notes. Another idea is to start each day with a fresh piece of paper. This allows you to take a "photo" of the class on paper, and it makes it easier to lend just on day's notes to a friend who might have missed class. Another idea is to use key words. Trying to write down everything is a waste of time and not always possible. Key words save time and are easier to study from.
