Discuss the various effects of climate change

Please provide the best answer for the statement.

Answer: The UN Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change has found that carbon emissions are responsible for changes in the climate. Climate change has occurred on all continents and in all oceans. The more disruption to the climate, the greater the risk of severe and irreversible impacts for people and ecosystems. There have been large shifts of vegetation to higher latitudes because of global warming. Because of warming, forests and wetlands will disappear and bodies of water such as lakes and oceans will warm, shifting the distribution of fish and other marine species. Climate change also creates an increase in natural disasters, especially in low-lying coastal zones as glaciers and ice sheets melt. Third, climate change results in an increase in vector-borne infectious diseases. As temperatures rise, carriers such as mosquitoes move to cooler places, bringing diseases with them.
