Explain the phrase "results orientation" as it applies to the context of educating young adolescents

What will be an ideal response?

A philosophy of results orientation focuses on the results of educational efforts rather than on the efforts themselves. A practice may appear to be ideal for young adolescents, but if, in a particular circumstance, it doesn't result in increased learning or positive growth physically, intellectually, emotionally, socially, or morally, then why do it? We want to do what brings good results.
