What is "theory of mind"? If you have it, what can you do with it?

What will be an ideal response?

Theory of mind is the idea that you are able to think about your thinking processes and those of others. Having a theory of mind involves knowing that one has a mind, that other people have minds, and that minds do certain kinds of things. Further, it allows us to be aware of mental states in which we think, dream, understand, believe, and even trick or deceive.
