Brown: They finally arrested the mad bomber

Smith: You mean they arrested someone. You don't know that the man they
caught is guilty.
Brown: Sure he is; they arrested him, didn't they!
Smith: That does not mean he is guilty.
Brown: Well, why else would they arrest him? They arrested him because he's
guilty. You sure are naive.

What will be an ideal response?

(Brown commits the fallacy of begging the question. He reasons first that the
suspect is guilty because he has been arrested, and then that the suspect has been
arrested because he is guilty.)
